Home Groups are a fantastic place in which to grow in your faith and build relationships with others. There are a range of groups meeting on different days and different times. We hope that there will be a home group for everyone, no matter what stage of the journey you are on.
Most of this group were newcomers to Christ Church upon joining the group and they enjoy sharing thoughts, experiences and prayer whilst following Bible courses such as the Sermon on the Mount, Women of the New Testament and Walk This Way Discipleship.
They meet fortnightly on Mondays from 2pm until 3.30pm.
Men's Group is an ecumenical group of men from the village who meet to study God's word, to reflect on what it means for us today and to support each other and their concerns for families, the community and wider world through prayer.
They meet weekly during term time on Mondays at 8pm. On the first Monday of each month, they help Grace Food Bank by packing bags.
This group aims to see, hear and understand God at work in their lives and in our world through sharing with each other and praying for each other. They follow studies often based on a video or church sermon series.
They meet fortnightly on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.
This group emerged from a Parenting for Faith course and is predominantly aimed at parents with school and university aged children. They explore what it means to follow Jesus as parents and in their everyday working lives, rooting discussions in prayer and worship together.
They meet fortnightly on Tuesday evenings at 8pm during term time.
This is a group of retired women who enjoy lively discussion on relevant modern Bible studies and current world and local issues. They also appreciate supportive friendship, wisdom and prayer.
They meet weekly on Wednesday mornings from 10.15am until 12 noon.
This group has been meeting for many years. They are both a study and social group, supporting each other as they share their faith and enjoy fellowship.
They meet weekly on Wednesday mornings at 10.30am.
This groups meets for fellowship and Bible study. They believe in being active in the community, learning about God and supporting one another. And sometimes... there is cake!
They meet fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from 6pm until 7.30pm.
This group seeks to grow deeper both in their relationship with Christ and in the Word. They share fellowship, prayer, tears and laughter.
They meet fortnightly on Friday afternoons from 2.30pm until 4pm.

Did you know anyone is very welcome to just come into the church if you wish? A quiet beautiful space for you. We are open during daylight hours 8am to at least 4pm on every day of the year.
