Children and Young People

At Christ Church we aim to:

- encourage children and young people to grow into a personal relationship with Jesus
- enable them to grow in confidence and faith, so that they can share Jesus with their friends
- equip and empower them to live a life modelled on Jesus, and contribute their gifts to the life of the church

Sundays

At the 10am service on Sundays at the Christ Church Dore we have a variety of groups for children plus activities and a creche area for the under 4s. Our hope is that you feel truly welcome and relaxed bringing your children along. Our team have a passion for seeing the children enjoy themselves, feel at home, and learn more about what it means to love and follow Jesus. Sunbeams (2+)

Sunbeams is a new group set up for our expanding group of toddlers and pre-schoolers.

The next dates for these sessions are: 10 May, 24 May, 28 June, 12 July.

From September we hope to offer this provision alongside Energize on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.

Godly Play

Godly Play is for children in Reception and up, and meet in the vestry during the 10am Sunday service

(1st Sunday of the month)

Energize

Energize is for children in Reception and up, and we walk down to the Old School together during the 10am Sunday Service for games and activities.
